He also served as Vice President for Signalling at Škoda Group following their acquisition of TSC, and now serves as RailOS Expert and Board Member, continuing to shape the future of European railway signalling.

Benoit is an executive leader with 30+ years of experience driving organizational transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale program delivery. After 20 years in IT leadership roles across various C-level positions, he joined The Signalling Company first as Program Manager, then as Head of Product Development.
